City Trip Committee

Note that you can only apply for this committee if you are a Bachelor 2 student or higher. 

Every year, FAECTOR organises the legendary city trip. As the name suggests, this is a trip to a city in Europe. Previous locations include Prague, Berlin and Porto. During the trip, students can get to know the local culture through different activities such as a city tour, mini golf and escape rooms.

Besides this, an important part of the trip is getting to know other FAECTORians during the trip. Of course, you already get to know other students during the day activities as these often involve teamwork. Next to this, students can have lunches, drinks and dinners with each other throughout the city. As they can choose the spot themselves and there is enough free time for it, a lot of students end up having a blast at a local restaurant. Once the day activities are over and everyone has had their dinner, the students can enjoy the nightlife the city has to offer. 

The city trip is a jam-packed trip for a long weekend where you can enjoy the best a city has to offer - both during the day and night! 

This year, there is a City Trip committee that consists of three students who will devote their time to organise the annual city trip of 2024-2025, this year going to Lissabon. Additionally, the City Trip committee organises one of the two Third Year Days.
